Parts returned undamaged, in their original packaging, unopened, accompanied by a receipt and returned within 10 days of the date of purchase will be subject to a refund applied to the original method of payment or exchanged.
Parts whose packaging has been opened or tampered with, parts damaged or not in a condition to be resold may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. In addition, if the returned part (s) had been delivered free of charge, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
Parts with manufacturing defects or application errors may be eligible for a refund or exchange within the prescribed timeframe with management approval.
Parts modified, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Please note that:
- Special order parts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Electronic and electrical parts are non-returnable or exchangeable.
- Items and parts in liquidation or final sale are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Any parts or items returned after the prescribed time frame and which meet the conditions described above will require management approval, charges may apply.
